mozilla firefox crashes when I play a game in Pogo.com

Does it happen with other browsers?
have you tried updating your browser using the mozilla ppa?

I have no problem with windows IE or Opera. I have Firefox 3.6.9 as my current
version.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-mozilla-daily/ppa; sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get upgrade

Sounds like a bug with (crappy) firefox then (I hate firefox). You should log a bug if the newer version is bad.

You could also consider logging a bug if the newer version is good, because the older version is still supported and the bug might be fixed with an SRU (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates).

If you report this as a bug, then you should first make sure to read https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs carefully. Then, to report the bug, since this is a crash, you should *not* initiate the report with the "Create bug report" or "Report a bug" links on Launchpad, nor should you do it by manually invoking ubuntu-bug. Instead, you should do it by enabling Apport crash reporting (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Apport#How_to_enable_apport). Then trigger the bug and you will be given the opportunity to report it with a substantial amount of important technical information (including but not limited to a stack trace) attached automatically.
