IE 7 must be turned on to access Federal Credit Union

Why must I turn on IE 7 (Default User Agent) to access my FCU? Launchpad question 120789. I am not aware of having Internet Explorer on my computer. I do have wine, but do not know to use it. Any information on this will be greatly appreciated. Thank You Michael

Install the firefox addon "User agent switcher"

The User Agent Switcher extension adds a menu and a toolbar button to switch the user agent of the browser.

Restart Firefox

Right click on and empty place of the Firefox toolbar and drag the user agent switcher icon to your firefox toolbar and then to access to the https://insite.fds.com/ to change your user agent switcher to Internet explorer...

https://insite.fds.com/ link yesterday took me to a Macy's. It required an 8 digit number to inter. To day the same link took me to the right place. This solved problem. Thank You very much marcobra.
