How can I export my webbrowser bookmarks in to text file ?

(I think it's the firefox, right?)

If it's firefox you only have to go to menu: bookmarks->manage bookmarks and there you'll see the menu-optin import &save ...
here you can save your bookmarks to a .json file or you can export them to a html-file ... both can be importet by firefox ;)
-> easy and pratical

If you use crome .. it's nearly the same -> Options-Menu -> Bookmark Manager -> Organize -> export ;)
