Well the best i could find was in the mozilla daily ppa : https://edge.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-mozilla-daily/+archive/ppa : which ships 3.7 , hope that helps.
All you have to do is add the ppa, update your sources and upgrade to latest firefox

well tom i tried hard to make it work , but it just would not and 3.7 is not quite ready for the wild . but 3.6.6 is nice with the theme fopra 0.4 and extra fasterfox .

I am still on 3.6.3 but am tempted to try the 3.6.6 now that i have seen success with it. Perhaps the 4.0 might work on my machine and maybe i might try it but not yet :)

Thanks for leading the way there and letting us know how it went on your hardware
Thanks and regards from

Hi :)

Translators Team has asked for help but first they are doing this for 8.04 which you probably are not running. Later they will be asking for help with 9.04 and 9.10 (and eventually 10.04 to i would guess)

If you are running 8.04 or fancy helping them via an install on a virtual-machine then hopefully the instructions should help. My own feeling is that you are already doing enough, possibly far more than your fair share so i wouldn't worry about adding all this to what you already do here. There are plenty in the translators team that can probably enjoy trying this out :)
Good luck and regards from
Tom :)
