where can i found the pop up, some websites needs my pop up blocker to discard

that is quite simple just click tools>options>content and untick the first option ie block pop up windows
if still problem is existing then unblock the following also...
 go to tools>options>secxurity>untick block forgeries websites and block reported attack sites
