Low Quality Image Scaling in Firefox 3.5

i'm using Fire Fox 3.5.7, and i have a problem that is the Images and Pictures looks unclear and blurry when i zoom-in.
Using Ubuntu 9.10
Note:
no such a problem using Fire Fox in Windows XP.

i tried and done what written in the page you provided, but the problem still the same.
(i installed the NoSquint Add-on, and i changed the zoom option and restart Fire Fox, but still the same).

You could add the Mozilla PPA and install a later build, or just switch to chromium ;)

The mozilla ppa also has 3.6 and 3.7
