How do I set Firefox Browser viewing style to "Style 2" permanently?

At the Browser, View->Page Style there is "Style 1" and "Style 2" to choose but I believe it is for that displayed page from the web server only. I noticed there will not be any "Style 1" or "style 2" if other pages are displayed. Setting will be overwritten from page to page... Firefox Preference setting for font->not checking "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above" does not make any difference. Thanks!
