torrent downloader doesn't work

i can't download anything it shows quite a good number of peers & seeds but don't download anything.at first ithought the problem is with transmission so i downloaded vuze & started using it.but it could'nt change anything.it can download from vuze hd network,but not from anywhere else.plz help me.

Does your ISP block torrents?

You can test by seeing what port your client is using and use this:

http://www.canyouseeme.org/

to test the port can be connected to.

Check the port in the settings of your client.

most probably my server uses a proxy to connect the internet
the site is showing everything refused except port 80
