What error message are you getting? Why do you think the system is in risk?

Hey! I just read that information from a warning when I was trying to update firefox. Also I'm still having problems in download applications as adobe and upgrading firefox.
I think something is not working well in my system...What do you think?

If someone is able to check my system, I can give permit to access at the system's folders. I saw a lot of folders restricted because only the owner have access to open it. They are locked, I can do anything to run ubuntu programs.

You can update Firefox (and almost all other software) from the Update Manager (in System > Administration).

Applications > Ubuntu Software Center
Search for and install Ubuntu Restricted Extras, which will give you Flash as well as other things like MP3 support. I'm not sure if it gives you a PDF reader. If not, install Acroread from the software center as well.

Can you help with this problem?
