Forbidden Sign in Firefox 3.5.5 logo

Asked by EduardoAB

The small logo that identifies Firefox and is shown in the left upper part of the desktop is covered by a sign like the one used to forbid something. Could you please say what have caused that anomaly and the way to erase such a sign?

To get the the Icon back you should follow this steps:
- Logout and login again (that may help already)
- right click on the bad icon → remove from panel
- Applications → Internet → (right click) Firefox Web Browser → Add this launcher to panel

You can move it to the old position with right click → Move
