abre una terminal en aplicaciones-->accesorios-->terminal y dale

sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

dale tu clave de root y listo, ahi instalas el flash player, eso te permitira ver videos de youtube!

Run the following from a terminal.
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras.
This will install all restricted codecs and also flash for you.

Run the following to play DVD Movies that are encrypted which would include commercial DVD movies.
sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh.

Please see the website help.ubuntu.com and look at the docs for your appropriate version.
