how to draw a enclips on current web page?

I want to draw enclips on current webpage to hilight the content & take a snapshot.Is there any function on ubuntu to create the same.?

Install the gimp package using Applications→Ubuntu software center

Press the Print screen button or using the menu Applications→Accessories→Take screenshot take a screenshot of the web page, save it in your disk (suggested the Desktop place) then using Gimp open it and modify it as you want.
