transfer IE8 favourites into Firefox

I have just started using Ubuntu and like it's speed and virtual trouble free operation.

I would like to transfer all my favourites from Vista Home Premium into Ubuntu so that I can use it with Firefox.

Can you help please.

If you install firefox in vista and import the favourites, you can then backup the favourites, transfer the backup file to the Ubuntu system and import them.
