I cannot print anything-I have changed nothing

When I click on print nothing happens with my printer. It has always worked before and just recently won't print.

If you have an USB printer, type "lsusb" and check if printer is listed.

Where do I type Isusb? When I go to system-administration-printing the box comes up and shows my printer NX400

You type lsusb in a terrminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal).
This command check if you printer is connected to the computer via USB.
