NO MENU BAR AFTER LOG IN

I am running Xubuntu 9.10 XFCE and the Menu bar has disappeared .How to get it back

Hi, you need to do this, press alt + F2 and the type: xfce4-panel

hope this help you I fixed in that way a friends computer
