i cant download itunes

I have downloaded both versions available of itunes, but cannot open them. Keeps telling me it cannot find the zipfile...please help

You're probably downloading the Windows iTunes. I don't think there's an official iTunes for Linux, but there's many others that do the same thing.

I think you can use Rhythmbox, which is at Applications > Sound & Video > Rhythmbox Music Player.
