Use the following command from the terminal to install Flash the easy way:

sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

You can also look for it in Synaptic Package Manager. You will need to restart firefox to see your flash plugin work. To enable/disable the flash plugin, go to Tools > Addons > Plugins (tab). Flash is a bit buggy on any platform, but especially Linux. If you run into any trouble, disable the plugin and re-enable it later.

You don't need WINE to use Flash. There are also free alternatives to Flash, if you'd rather use them, but they are not completely compatible with Flash 9/10 at the moment.

Can you help with this problem?
