defragment

Is there such a thing in Ubuntu to "DEFRAG" and also to "CLEAN UP DISKS" like I could on windows ?
or basically a "MAITENENCE" Program ?

You don't need any defrag tool in Ubuntu,because every 30 boots (I think it is correct number) Ubuntu check file system by default.
