I'm having problems with my online games

my games are loading up slow I have apt installed&my terminal wont let me install sudoapt-get install flashpluginnonfree.what ca n I do now?

can I remove apt and re=install it.

System>admin>software sources>check all except source under ubuntu software and first two under update tab.Reload.Now in terminal

sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

If after that you stilll have problem then edit your source list by typing in terminal

gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

add this line

deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu jaunty partner

If you already have that line but it look like this

#deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu jaunty partner

just remove # sign.Save and close file.

sudo apt-get update

In synaptic look for adobe-flashplugin and install it.Remove flashplugin-nonfree.
