Is it only the flash online games doing slowly?
Do you get slow performance on flash video clips (try youtube or google video) ?

I have adobe flashplayer,java thats what gamepost.com ask for. I don't know I have'nt tryed it yet but if it is what should I do?

I just tryed my youtube & it does'nt run at all.....

Open a terminal
type in

sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree
