Request to download plugs that are already downloaded.

When I try to see a video online, the server continues to ask for me to download additional plug-in's, but when I go to it says that they are already downloaded. Well if they are already downloaded then why do I have to do this?

There was a circular thing like this in (?) Xine. It was a bug.
