You filed your question under Firefox, so I'm guessing this is a Webmail problem.

1) Please help everyone to help you by telling us which Webmail service you were trying to use (GMail, Yahoo Mail, Microsoft Live Mail, etc.).

2) Has the Webmail service you're trying to use worked correctly before?
