I received a email about a form for a tax refund. Fill it out on line receive it in 3 to 6 days This was from the irs

If your question is that the IRS said that they would get you something in 3 to 6 days and it hasn't arrived, I don't think many people here will be able to help you. If it is coming via email, first check your spam filters. Then, you should probably contact the IRS and ask them.
