there some apps that did download right and says i need to download mannuly.

if you try and install what you need in terminal can you then give the output of the command

sudo apt-get install <package name here>

you can use download manager for example downThemall in firefox and first install this extension in firefox thereafter whatever you want to download will get downloaded with this application.
Just configure downThemall say for the directory where you want to save the files and no. of active downloads and things like that
