Although I would need more information about the argument I will ask you to control certain things:

1. Does rapidshare.com finish the countdown and give you the download link?
2. Do you have the root permissions to save to the folder where you want to download the file?
3. Does rapidshare.com tell you to wait until a certain amount of time?
4. Do you use any proxy blocked by rapidshare.com?
5. etc
