Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. How are you installing the flash plugin? What type of internet connection do you have?

my dear friend it does not have anything to do with my internet connection because i have 2MB speed internet connection, as i said everything go well, when i download things from internet, my download speed is 256KB or more, the problem is when i have to download something from the repositories, like plugins, apps, etc

Well, the Adobe Flash plugin is downloaded from a server in England,
whereas most packages you can choose a local mirror for. Maybe that's
why it's a little slower.

OK, but everything is like this, when i have to download apps from canonical repositories, or whatever, this is really getting into my nerves because actually i do not like to download anything like that because i know what i have to pass through, so please we could do something about it, we just have to think, maybe the bug is in ubuntu or maybe the problem is some where else ;)

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better. Examining the information you have given us, this does not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and converting it to a question in the support tracker. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise problems you are having in the support tracker at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu if you are uncertain if they are bugs. For help on reporting bugs, see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs .

Your problem might be that the co.archive.ubuntu.com server is located
in the UK. You might want to find a closer mirror. If you go to
System -> Software Sources, you can have it choose the best mirror for
you by selecting other in the drop down and clicking the button to find
the best mirror.

That's a great idea. Would you be able to file a feature request for that?

Thanks.
