HELP! I cannot figure out how to watch videos on my computer. I can watch videos on youtube.com but every other site does not work (hulu, cnn etc.) I have read other posts about this problem and have tried re-installing my flashplayer but that did not work. whenever i open a page with a video on it there is just a blank spot where the video should be. I have the newest edition of adobe flashplayer installed. I am a ubuntu noob i dont know how to use terminal i just need some help this is so irritating.

If you can watch YouTube videos, your Flash installation is working.

My guesses would be:

  1) your Firefox cookie settings (some sites require cookies, enable them for the session only if you do not want permanent cookies)

  2) an add-on like Adblock Plus is suppressing the frames that contain the video player widget on the problem sites. Try disabling Adblock temporarily to see if this helps.

Certainly! Here's a shortened version of the troubleshooting steps:

1. Clear browser cache.
2. Check for browser updates.
3. Disable browser extensions.
4. Try a different browser.
5. Install an HTML5 video player extension.
6. Enable Flash in your browser.
7. Update your Ubuntu operating system.

If the issue persists, provide more specific information about your system, browser, and any error messages encountered. you can visit https://vnapkmod.net/vn-video-editor-for-pc/
