videos are not played

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

The videos in rediff.com is not playing.
Am not surewhat control they use to display the videos.
Am not able to play it in ubuntu.But in windows am able to play it in fire-fox..

To view videos on that site, you need to install a Flash Player. The easiest way to do this is to follow the instructions here:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RestrictedFormats

It will not only install the flash player, but other commonly used restricted formats.
