Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better. Examining the information you have given us, this does not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and converting it to a question in the support tracker. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise problems you are having in the support tracker at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu if you are uncertain if they are bugs. You can reset the zoom level by pressing ctrl+0. Do you get a reasonable size when doing this? Are both text and images too large?

Have you tried holding down the Ctrl key and pressing either the + or - keys? That should resize the print for you. It sounds as though the print size was set very small - probably by accident (if you have a mousewheel you can get the same effect by holding Ctrl and scrolling the wheel...)

Can you help with this problem?
