How do I display multibyte chineese language application in firefox

I have an application which can be displayed in a number of different languages, how can I change the settings in firefox to display the language I choose. I still want my default language to stay as English, but want the ability to switch when necessary.

In Internet explorer, you can right click in the web page and use the Encoding feature to choose the language you want to use to display in.

You can use View - Character Encoding to change the language
