I came here to ask about the exact same issue.

No top bar, and the browser window takes up the whole screen (but not like 'full-size). I have to go to 'File' 'Exit' to get the 'close tabs' prompt. This makes my desktop nav bar show up so I can go to other windows or use the program menus.

I saw in another thead that hitting F11 will bring back the OS nav panels. It worked for me...

I have this same problem. F11 works, but is there any work going on on fixing this bug?

Has this issue even been filed as a bug?

I use F11 to bring back the OS Nav. Panels.
I don't see any solutions come out yet.
