cannot access my primary gmail in <email address hidden>

step one: search history for last email sign in tab..access <email address hidden> not have this problem until I opened a second email account w/google email @<email address hidden>. The seconday account can be accessed.

Are you currently signed into the new g-mail account? Make sure you are signed out of the new account and then try to sign in to your old account at http://www.gmail.com/

If this does not work please make sure to clear your Cache in your browser and/or contact GMail support. Also, ensure the account spelling is correct.
