Firefox 3.0, two problems

Asked by peter

Hi

Rergarding Firefox 3.0 I've two questions.

1: The bar "visited pages" doesn't store the visited pages. This happens in Windows and also in Ubuntu 8.04.

2: Because the visited pages don't get stored, I've deleted Firefox 3.0 and installed it again. The situation regarding the visited pages is the same. But I lost also the Java environment. The following Java files are installed:
. sun-java6-jre
- sun-java6-bin
- sun-java6-jdk
- java-common

I guess the Java problem is a problem of Firefox 3.0.

Can you help? Thanks a lot.
Peter
