How upload launchpad translation to Firefox?

Hi!
Firefox is translated in asturian language.
We download the .po file.
We convert the .po file -> to .xpi format
We can see Firefox in asturian if we created the folder by hand.

But the question is:
Why we didn't see Firefox in asturian language in Ubuntu? (translated 3 months ago)
How can we send the translation to Firefox for publish in all systems?

I think someone from the Launchpad translations team can answer this question.

Not really, it's more of an Ubuntu question—Ubuntu Firefox guys know what they are doing with translations done in Launchpad, so let's ask them.

Also note that only Firefox 3.0 is being translated in Launchpad.
