Asked by mickey

every time I log on to hotmail i am asked to update to the latest browser. I am already using firefox 3.0.3. my os is hardy 8.04. I can open, read and delete emails but cannot write any. Is there a setting to change that I am unaware of? I have tried uninstalling firefox and reinstalling. any help would be appreciated. thank you

You can install this extension to https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/59/ mozilla to switch user-agent.
Change or select browser identification and try...

Hope this helps

The "user agent switcher" enabled plain-text replies, but now I can't "attach" a file to my reply. Yet another act of an illegal monopoly. Has anyone notified the Department of Justice? (<email address hidden>) The European Union?

Dear sires:

I changed from windows to ubuntu and I am really happy but... Since I started using ubuntu I also use Firefox3. I do not know what happend now because using hotmail I can open and read any email but if I write same lines and/or try even to attach any file once I send the email the receptor asked to me about why there is nothing writing or attached. I also have sent to myself emaisl it was the way to check that it does not work.
I have to use it for my work.

Thanks in advance
A. Tomé
