You can use Safari, Opera

I have previously used Opera on Hardy Heron, Safari I got working after a lot of messing about with the directories and it didn't like existing with Firefox.

Hello,

I suggest you epiphany.

You may want to install it via Application -> Add or in a Terminal "sudo apt-get install epiphany"

Hope this answer your question

It is all a matter of personal preference. I prefer Firefox.

But you can choose from any of these:
Amaya, Emacs, Epiphany, Dillo, Firefox, Galeon, HotJava, Konqueror, Lynx, Mozilla, Netscape Navigator, Opera and probably quite a few more.
