How to do Bookmark ("Library") search?

Asked by Nteeks

How to do Bookmark ("Library") search?
It used to be easy in FF 2.

Also how do I print a Selection after highlighting a portion of a page?
There is No Selection Option.

I have to keep going back to Firefox 2.0 to do the above two things.
FF 3 has some nice features but these problems make it less desirable than FF2.

Thanks for help

I see! Maybe you try "gnome-do". ;-)

Install it via the CLI entering "sudo apt-get install gnome-do". Dont' worry about the gnome part. It's going to work on all *ubuntu versions no matter wether they use Gnome, KDE, XFCE or something else. To search for a Bookmark enter a name. Maybe you need to install some plugin. Google the web for it...

Refering to the selection option I ask you to mark the other thread you opened as ansered or at least keep them in mind for later usage. "Cold-meat-threads" suck! :D

Yours, Aquina
