Quote window not working

When I 'm at my stock brokerage website I click on a link for "streaming quotes" and another seperate window pops up and it's nothing but black. Should be real time quotes there but nothing.

Try resizing the window?
Do you have an nvidia graphics card?

tried resizing - no difference
I have an Diamond AGP video with ATI graphics. I downloaded Opera and it does the same thing. I was recently using Mephis 7.0 and firefox 3 with no problem. Since going to Ubuntu this problem started in firefox 3.

Please provide us with the URL of the aforementioned page and a printout of "uname -a" for better diagnostics.

The site may require a flash plugin.
Open Applications menu, Add/Remove and search for "Macromedia Flash plugin"
Install this and restart Firefox and try your site again.
