If you are talking about the address line in the browser, then you can just simply scroll down until it is selected and then hit the "delete" button on your keyboard.

Hello jamamoo,

please try the extra menu. The last entry in this menu is like "Erase private data" (in german "Private Daten löschen"). You can take this with a shortcut strg+shift+del. Now display a new Dialog-Window. You can select many checkboxes to delete your private data. The Chronik means the visited Websites. Now push the right button and Firefox delete for you the old data...
