Get Flash website

I would like to access this website
 http://www.cflrs.forces.gc.ca/lib/GetFlash.asp
but it tells me to get flash.
I checked if my system was up to date it is and checked if i had flash and firefox says that I do have Flash in the add-ons.

You could try installing the ubuntu-restricted-extras package for general compatibility or flashplugin-nonfree more specifically. Do other flash based websites work (e.g. YouTube)?

i want to install flash drive so that i can watch videos on youtube but how can i do that i already installed flashplugin-nonfree using sypnatic manager but still it's not working.
