transfer music to my phone

i am trying to transfer music from my pc to my phone. my phone is a nokia N95 and has a usb connection and i have all this memory on it but no songs could somebody please help. thanks

hi thanks for your help i have been trying to sync my phone as shown but cant find where my mount point is so its still not getting it any ideas or help would be great thanks

After you plug the phone to the computer, in the terminal, type the following command:

ls -al /media

Or using nautilus, navigate to the /media folder. This will show mounted devices
