Save your home dir and reinstall... from Ubuntu 11.04

To upgrade from 9.04 you MUST upgrade to 9.10 then to 10.04 then to 10.10 then to 11.04

If Ubuntu is installed on your pc as unique operative system...

Save your home data

Made your ubuntu 11.04 md5sum verified live boot install cd

Boot from Ubuntu 11.04 install cd and select to use entire disk
