Cannot load website

Asked by Michael Oblath

I am able to access every website that I attempt, except one. It is an airline website, not that that information is important. But, other users on their computers are able to access it, but it will not load on mine. I have done nothing of which I am aware that may have caused this. Not only does the main page not come close to loading, but also 'googled' links to it are ineffective as well. My computer gets to 'communicating with www.alaskaair.com' and then...nothing at all. Any help?

Michael,

Do you happen to have another browser that you could test with?

You might want to try clearing your browser cache.

Alternatively, you could temporarily move your ~/.mozilla folder to ~/.mozilla-backup and try with a fresh profile.

FYI I was able to successfully open alaskaair.com in both my Chromium and Firefox browsers.

Good luck,
George
