Canadian locale

I tried putting:
<Setting name="Language Code">en_CA</Setting>
in the FileZilla.xml file.
It didn't help.
I really don't want to change my entire system to en_US.
What am I missing?

Why FileZilla? You can connect to anything FileZilla can, using the default file manager in Ubuntu.
