UBUNTU 7.10 and Filezilla

Hello

I have a question.

I have downloaded the new release of Filezilla. And I have already the old version of Filezilla. The executable file of the old version ist located in the directory /usr/bin.

Question: Can I extract and install the new version also in /usr/bin? Without any problems?
