File should show the Samba directories

Asked by Enrico

Hi,
I think that File should show the Samba directories when saving files or moving it.

If you mount one or more samba directory they are shown in the left panel of every File's windows. Under the list of personal directories like Music, Video, etc you can see your samba directories. This is right.

But if you try to save a file from firefox (for example) you can't see these directories. So you have to save it on your Desktop and move it to the samba directory. The same happens when you use the "Move to" or "Copy to" option of the right-click menu. You cannot move or copy anything in the Samba directories. I think they need to be shown in these windows as they are supported in normal File's windows.

Thank you!
