cannot go wireless online

Hallo,
I have a laptop
Model Nr. ICL50
Type. eMachines E510

The problem is i cant go wireless without a Stick!!!!
Under windiows i just turn it on and everything works Since i have installed ubuntu i need an external Stick to go online,
What can i do to go online without a stick as it should be????
