use tar -xzvf <tgz file> command to extract, and check the README file for installation

I'm not sure I can really help you with this but I think for people who could some more information (such as what game it is) might be helpful. .tgz is a compression format so you might want to start by trying to extract it with Xarchive or similar program, perhaps you will find some more instructions on compiling the game once the files have been extracted.

Hello Juny..

Download the client from here:

https://secure.tibia.com/account/?subtopic=downloadclient (download it to your /home)

When finished, extract the tgz file:
To do that run the following commands in a terminal (applications -> accessories ->terminal)
cd /home

tar xfz tibia810.tgz

With the extracted folder Tibia in your home folder, and inside it, just double click on the file Tibia
