launching video chat

Trying to open downloaded files, and not able to access it. What seems to be the problem. Wanting to set up video chat on facebook, and get an archive error.

What files are you downloading?
Where are they coming from?

You can chat on facebook chatwith pidgin, there is the pidgin-facebookchat package in the repos.
