while extracting files...I get a CRC error

While I extract files...I get a message midway saying that the CRC has failed. I am unable to extract the entire file. Can someone please help me in resolving this issue.

What file are you extracting?

all it means is that the file you downloaded is corrupt, isn't in tact, or something else happened to it during transit. try downloading it again and it might work correctly.
